Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you use the Bark & Ride website or place an order, and ordering confirms you accept them.
  2. Who Can Order. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian order for you, and the details you give at checkout must be accurate.
  3. Our Products. We describe and photograph everything as accurately as we can, though small differences in colour, dimensions or packaging between production runs can happen and aren't treated as faults.
  4. Fit and Suitability. Our products are designed to suit most common vehicles and dogs, but it's your responsibility to confirm a product fits your vehicle and suits your dog's size and behaviour before use.
  5. Supervision and Restraint. Our gear supports safer, cleaner travel with a dog but is not a restraint device and is no substitute for proper supervision. You remain responsible for securing and supervising your dog in the vehicle.
  6. Prices and Availability. Prices are in Australian dollars and can change without notice. We keep stock as accurate as possible and may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable.
  7. Orders and Payment. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a pricing or listing error has occurred.
  8. Shipping. Delivery estimates on our Delivery page are indicative, not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to our carrier, risk of loss passes to the carrier.
  9. Returns and Warranty. Returns and our 12-month warranty are handled under our Returns page, which forms part of these Terms.
  10. Fitting and Care. Where fitting or care instructions are supplied, following them is your responsibility, and damage caused by misuse or incorrect fitting isn't covered.
  11. Our Content. The Bark & Ride name, images and website content belong to us and can't be copied or reused without our written permission.
  12. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use our site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, or try to access systems or data you aren't authorised to reach.
  13. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  14. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Australian law and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
  15. Updates. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version live on this page at the time of your order applies.
  16. Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent to us through our Contact page.
